OUR ROOTS

Dellview began in 1952 with 62 committed Christians who wanted to begin a church in the new neighborhood of Dellview. With their faith and commitment, they were able to purchase a 5 acre goat farm and began Dellview Baptist Church.

In 1974 a fire destroyed the original sanctuary, and a new sanctuary was built the following year. In February of this year, a pipe broke during the "San Antonio freeze event," flooding the entire office building, including the gym, chapel and kitchen. A complete rebuild/restoration is underway and should be completed by January 2022.

You are invited to come and check us out! Come and worship with us.  Come and meet our Jesus and come and be our friend.
